Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your CellularShack account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure all personal data is wiped, factory settings are restored, and the device is placed back in its original packaging with all included cables and manuals.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
